Mack's goal is to provide you with quality products and a wide variety to be your one stop brick shop. We are continually adding parts to our inventory so be sure to become a Fan and Bookmark our store.
Minimum Order Value = $5.00
Product Quality
New Parts - Parts that were taken directly out of sets with no play or direct from Lego PAB. New does not always mean "mint". The only imperfections are from Lego manufacturing molds and handling.
Used Parts - Parts that have been previously played with or less than new condition. Refer to comments for any specific condition notes. Used parts have been cleaned and verified LEGO. Please note that some LEGO colors (i.e. White, Blue, Grays) are prone to color fading which may be present in used parts.
Minifigs - Disassembled and safely stored in a zip lock bag. Any Minifig pre-assembled by LEGO will be disassembled unless requested by buyer to remain assembled prior to shipping. Minifigs are shipped dis-assembled to protect them from damage or cracking during shipping.
Instructions - New are taken directly from sets that have been parted out. Sealed package may be opened to remove sticker sheet (sold separately). Please note that new instructions may have creases, miniature tears on pages and folds due to the packaging directly from LEGO and movement around inside the box. Used with extreme condition will be noted on listing.
Mack's Brick Shop is a non-smoking and pet-free environment.
Alternates / Part Variations
We do our best to correctly identify every part, but there may be minor variations with some parts. If you need a specific variation of a part (For example variation A vs variation B), please contact us prior to placing the order to ensure we have the quantity on hand. *We do not send replacement parts or refunds for variations unless a formal request was made and approved prior to ordering.
Brittle / Broken Parts

*WARNING* Some LEGO colors become brittle over time, and have a tendency to crack or break. We cannot be held responsible for LEGO production standards. Colors to be aware of: Brown, Dark Brown, Reddish Brown, Blue, Dark Red.

Color Variations

LEGO has made MANY changes over the years to their plastic formulas. In doing so, this has caused quite a few color variations.
Payment
Payment is due within three days after final invoice issued. Any concern within this time frame please reach out if alternate arrangements need to be made.
Feedback
We post positive feedback for buyers. Leaving Positive feedback in return is very much appreciated. Please contact us in the event of any issue before leaving neutral or negative feedback to allow us the opportunity to work with you to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Re-Stocking Fees
If we agree to cancel an order that is already paid, the customer will be required to pay a 15% re-stocking fee for the labor used to pull the parts from inventory, and then re-enter them back into inventory again. Paypal fee is not refunded for canceled orders! Please request a Quote ahead of placing the order if you are unsure of the purchase.

If at any point you notice an error on your order or you are not satisfied with the product ordered please reach out to us immediately, and we would be happy to correct the situation.
